Terms and Conditions for SFS Diving Courses in the UK

Refund and Rescheduling Policy: Bookings are refundable, minus a £50 deposit, if canceled within 56 days of the course start date.

Rescheduling to an alternative date is permitted up to 7 days before the course commencement. Accommodation Recommendations:

Due to course locations being weather-dependent, it is advised to secure accommodations with flexible cancellation policies. SFS Diving accepts no liability for accommodation cancellation charges or travel costs incurred by the participant.

Medical Requirements:Participants must complete and sign a medical questionnaire. If any questions are answered affirmatively, the participant must have the questionnaire signed by their GP.

Failure to submit a completed medical questionnaire will result in the participant being ineligible for diving, with no refund issued.

Liability Release Form: A Liability Release Form must be completed on the day.

Equipment Usage: When using any SFS Diving equipment, participants accept liability for loss and damage. Participants can be charged the full retail price for the replacement of any lost or damaged equipment.

Weather-Related Changes:In the event of bad weather, SFS Diving reserves the right to reschedule the course to another date up to 48 hours before the course start time (0930am).Participants can reschedule their course to another date within a 12-month period in case of a cancellation due to weather conditions. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related cancellations.

By booking a course with SFS Diving, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. SFS Diving reserves the right to modify these terms at its discretion. Participants are encouraged to review the terms periodically for any updates.
